ARE YOU A MOBILE CAR VALETING COMPANY?

Yes, we are a fully mobile car valeting service and are able to come to the address provided in the booking, whether that be your home address or workplace.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL TO CLEAN MY CAR?

We operate in and around Redditch, if you are unsure whether you fit into this criteria please feel free to contact us. 

DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO ELECTRIC AND RUNNING WATER?

Due to the fact that we are currently up and coming, we are reliant on a water and energy source, however, we will bring our own extension leads, hose pipes, and connectors.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE JOB TO BE COMPLETED?

The duration of the job will be dependant on the package chosen as well as the extent of soiling. A rough estimate for each package would be: 
– Bronze – Around 1 Hour
– Bronze Plus – Around 2 Hours
– Silver – Around 3 Hours
– Gold – Around 4 Hours

WHY SHOULD I USE A CAR VALETER?

Using a mobile valeter is far more convenient than that of a regular car wash as we come to you, and you don’t even need to be at home. 

DO YOU OFFER A REGULAR CLEANING SERVICE TO KEEP MY CAR CLEAN AT ALL TIMES?

Yes, when booking your selected package you can specify the frequency at which you desire your vehicle to be valeted.

DO YOU WORK ON WEEKENDS?

Yes, at the current moment in time weekends are the main booking dates available, but be sure to check with us when booking as it may be possible to allocate a booking in the week.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY SERVICE IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

If the weather is against us, whether that be snow, frost, wind, or the temperature we should still be able to continue with the job. The only condition that may cause issues is rain as protective coatings are not advised to be applied in this condition. If we believe the job cannot be completed then we will let you know and provide you with alternative booking slots.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, cheque, and bank transfer. Currently, we do not have a card machine so payment cannot be made this way – once one is available to us you will be informed.

CAN SCRATCHES/SCUFFS BE REMOVED FROM MY VEHICLE?

Some scratches may be able to be removed, however, it is highly likely that this will not be the case. We will assess any damages that you would like to be removed on-site and go from there.

WHY SHOULD I HAVE MY VEHICLE PROTECTED WITH WAX?

By choosing to wax your vehicle you are adding an additional layer of protection that will provide impressive hydrophobic properties as well as a glossy look that will finish off the appearance of your vehicle.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL A BOOKING?

If you need to cancel a booking please get in contact with us via email or phone at least 72 hours prior to your appointment slot. 

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHERE YOU CAN DO MOBILE VALETING WORK?

Unfortunately, there are several restrictions due to personal safety as well as insurance purposes. We will be unable to valet a vehicle that is on the side of a road, or on a council-owned car park. It is the customer’s responsibility to have permission granted for us to operate in specific locations, for example, underground parking. Despite these, the only other restriction is water and electricity access. 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

When dealing with multiple cars we offer discounts but this is dependant on the type and number of vehicles. 

CAN YOU CLEAN CONVERTIBLE SOFT TOPS?

Yes, the premium soft top cleaner that we use is able to easily tackle any grime embedded in the soft top. We also provide an optional extra for soft top protection which ensures that the soft top remains waterproof as well as adding hydrophobic properties.

CAN YOU REMOVE PET HAIR FROM MY VEHICLE?

Yes, pet hair is no issue for us due to our specialist equipment designed for tackling this issue. If the pet hair is extensive additional fees may apply, of course, these will be discussed upon initial inspection of the vehicle.

DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT WHILE MY CAR IS BEING VALETED?

This part is entirely customer preference, you can remain on-site or continue going about day-to-day life as if we weren’t even there. 

CAN YOU DO SAME DAY BOOKINGS?

Yes, but the likelihood of getting a booking slot is very slim and dependant on our availability. 

CAN YOU CLEAN ALCANTARA/SUEDE?

Alcantara and Suede are both no issue for us, due to our specialist products your surfaces will be rejuvenated and look as good as possible.  

CAN YOU CLEAN MATTE/WRAPPED CARS?

We are able to tackle both matte painted vehicles as well as vinyl wrapped vehicles, to ensure those more delicate paintworks remain safe we opt to use products designed specifically with this task in mind. 

HOW LONG DO PRODUCTS SUCH AS THE CERAMIC WAX LAST?

In the “Our Packages” section of our website we have a rough estimate to how long certain products such as the wax will last. For example, the ceramic wax lasts “up to 6 months,” this duration is dependant on whether or not the car is properly maintained.
