Our goal is simple: deliver exceptional results with complete transparency. By booking any service with us, you agree to the terms below — designed to protect your vehicle, your expectations, and the quality of our work.

  • Booking & Deposits — Appointments specifically for ceramic coatings and paint corrections may require a deposit to secure your slot. Deposits are non‑refundable but fully transferable if you reschedule with reasonable notice.

  • Safe Off‑Road Space — Your vehicle must be parked in a safe, off‑road location with enough room for us to work around it comfortably. We cannot operate on public roads or unsafe surfaces.

  • Water & Electric Access — Access to a standard outdoor tap and a mains power outlet is required unless otherwise agreed. These are essential for delivering a premium, uninterrupted service.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling — We understand plans change. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee due to lost time.

  • Vehicle Condition — All vehicles are assessed on arrival. Excessive dirt, pet hair, staining, or unexpected paint defects may require additional time or upgraded services. We’ll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

  • Paint Correction & Coatings — Results vary based on paint condition, previous work, and vehicle history. We never guarantee 100% defect removal, but we always aim for the highest achievable finish without compromising paint integrity.

  • Personal Items — Please remove valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

  • Weather & Working Conditions — For mobile services (if applicable), work may be rescheduled if conditions prevent safe or high‑quality results.

  • Payment — Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Aftercare — We provide guidance to help you maintain your finish. Failure to follow aftercare recommendations may affect the longevity of coatings or treatments.
